Stretch marks thingy

Lagi browsing2 internet, eh nemuin site ini yang ada tips2 untuk ngilangin selulit. Nih gue tulisin isinya:
  1. Step1

    Make an oil mixture of 80% hazelnut oil and 20% rose hip seed oil. Add 30 drops of helichrysum essential oil for each ounce of oil. Store in a glass bottle, preferably a dark glass bottle.

  2. Step2

    Once a day, dry brush or scrub your skin with a loofah or rough towel to improve circulation.

  3. Step3

    Morning and evening, massage the oil blend into the area where you have the stretch marks.

  4. Step4

    Use unrefined shea butter to keep it moisturized during the day.

  5. Step5

    Exercise to help improve circulation and improve your body's ability to heal itself.

  6. Step6

    Take EFAs internally. Look for a flax and evening primrose oil blend. If you can't find that, use regular flax oil or hempseed oil.

  7. Step7

    Eat your veggies, especially carrots and green leafy vegetables to give your skin the nutrients it needs.

    • Flax and evening primrose oil
    • Lots of veggies
